Before generating, you see how you're doing
When you open the generator, the app shows your current fitness context so you can choose wisely:
- ✓CTL, ATL and TSB — Your chronic load, acute load and stress balance. With status indicator: Fresh, Neutral, Tired or Very Tired.
- ✓Last 7 days — How many sessions you did and how much TSS you accumulated.
- ✓Recent activities — Your last 5 activities with date, name, distance, duration and TSS.
Smart recommendations based on your TSB:
Fresh (TSB ≥15): intervals, sprints, hills, tests. Neutral (-10 to 15): endurance, tempo, intervals. Tired (-25 to -10): recovery or easy endurance. Very Tired (<-25): recovery only, tests discouraged.

Hard-start, micro-intervals, Billat 30/30, Tabata, pyramids.

Each session is generated with your current FTP and zones, with structured warm-up, main set and cool-down. The AI picks a different style each time to keep things varied.
Send the session to your bike computer
Once generated, you can export the session directly to your device:
- ✓Garmin Connect — Sent automatically and appears on your watch or bike computer. Choose format (power or HR) and duration mode (automatic or manual lap).
- ✓Wahoo — Plan and workout created directly in your Wahoo account.
- ✓Zwift / MyWhoosh — Download a .zwo file to import into the platform.
Same AI analysis as in the plan
After completing a quick ride, link your Strava activity (you can link multiple activities if you split the session) and the AI generates:
- ✓Comparative analysis — Planned vs actual zones, power and duration.
- ✓Activity charts — Power and heart rate throughout the session.
- ✓Score and recommendations — 1-10 score with personalized feedback.
- ✓Fitness impact — How your CTL changed and your estimated TSB for tomorrow.
If 24+ hours pass without linking Strava, you can mark the session as manually completed (with partial score).
All your sessions, always accessible
Every quick ride you generate is saved in your history with all its details: type, duration, description, status (completed, pending), score, and feedback. You can revisit the analysis of any past session at any time.
