These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cycling Coach AI websites, web application, and mobile applications, including:
and any iOS application published by Cycling Coach AI (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Cycling Coach AI is operated by Liftoff S.R.L., 21 de Setiembre 3038 / 802, Montevideo, Uruguay (“Cycling Coach AI”, “we”, “us”).
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required by local law).
You represent that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
Cycling Coach AI provides training planning and coaching guidance for cyclists, including AI-generated training plans, plan adaptations, and an AI coach chat feature.
The Service may depend on third-party platforms you connect (for example Strava, Garmin Connect, Wahoo) and may change over time as we improve features.
The Service provides general fitness and training guidance and is not medical advice.
Cycling involves inherent risks. You are responsible for your health, your equipment, and your training decisions.
You should consult a qualified health professional before starting or changing a training program, especially if you have injuries, medical conditions, or symptoms.
Stop training and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, fainting, chest discomfort, or other concerning symptoms.
You may need an account to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You may connect third-party services via OAuth (for example Strava, Garmin Connect, Wahoo).
When you connect a provider, you authorize us to access the data you permit through that provider, and you remain responsible for complying with the provider’s terms and settings.
If a provider changes or limits access, parts of the Service may not function correctly. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by third-party platforms.
If you disconnect or revoke access to a provider, we will stop syncing and delete the stored access tokens.
We handle connected data according to our Privacy Policy.
Some features of the Service use AI and may generate outputs that contain errors, incomplete information, or unsuitable recommendations.
You are responsible for evaluating AI outputs and deciding how to apply them.
We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, safe, or appropriate for your specific situation.
The Service may be offered as a subscription with monthly or annual billing periods, as described at checkout.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
For purchases made on our website, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and processes payments, taxes/VAT, and billing.
Your payment may appear on your statement as Paddle or its affiliates.
When you purchase through Paddle, Paddle’s applicable buyer terms may also apply to the transaction.
We offer a 15-day free trial (the “Trial”) for eligible users.
The Trial starts when you activate the Trial and ends 15 days later.
Depending on the checkout flow, you may be asked to provide a payment method to start the Trial.
If you do not cancel before the Trial ends, your subscription will start and you will be charged the then-current price for the plan you selected.
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- In your account settings within the Service, and or
- Through Paddle’s subscription management flow, if available for your purchase
If you cancel, you will keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
After the billing period ends, your subscription will not renew and your access to paid features will end.
We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee for new purchases.
If you request a refund within 15 days from the date of your first successful charge, we will refund the subscription payment.
Refunds are processed through the payment provider used for your purchase, which may be Paddle for website purchases.
We may decline refund requests that involve fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
We may change prices or plan features from time to time.
If a price change applies to an existing subscription, we will provide notice in advance and the change will apply at the next renewal, unless otherwise required by law.
If you use a Cycling Coach AI iOS app, you must also comply with Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
If subscriptions or purchases are offered through Apple’s in-app purchase system, billing, cancellation, and refunds for those purchases are managed by Apple, not Paddle, and Apple’s rules apply to those transactions.
