Connect intervals.icu as your training source
You can now import your activities from intervals.icu instead of Strava. Choose whichever platform holds your training history, and switch between them whenever you want.
A second source to import from
intervals.icu joins Strava as a platform Coach AI can read your completed rides from. Connect it during onboarding or from Settings › Connections.
Complete data from every device
Activities that reach intervals.icu from your bike computer or smart trainer arrive with full data: power, heart rate and cadence.
Compare before you commit
With both platforms connected you see how many activities each one holds before choosing. Nothing is deleted when you switch, and you can go back at any time.

Quick rides that match how you feel
Before it builds a quick ride, your coach asks how you feel today. The session keeps the type and the length you picked — what changes is how hard the work inside it is.
Dosed, not swapped
Pick kind of tired, average or ready to push, and your coach moves the dose instead of the plan: the number of reps, how long the recoveries last, and whether you sit at the low or the high end of each zone. A recovery ride still stays a recovery ride.
Indoor Training
Set a separate FTP for your trainer
You can now keep two FTPs: one for the road and one for your trainer. Set the trainer one and your coach measures every indoor session against the threshold you actually hold indoors.
Where to set it
You will find it in Performance, right under your FTP. Fill it in and your indoor TSS, intensity and time in zones follow your trainer threshold; your FTP and your outdoor rides stay untouched.
Race Center
Analyze any race
Your race report no longer depends on your training plan. Pick any ride from the last 90 days and get the full analysis.
Watch the report build
The report comes together in front of you instead of behind a loading screen. Your intensity, pacing split and decoupling show up as they are worked out, and your coach's summary is written out at the end.
Fresh Look
A redesigned Cycling Coach AI
Every screen rebuilt from the ground up, so the numbers that shape your training are easier to read at a glance.
Redesigned from end to end
Not a coat of paint on a few screens: every corner of the app was rebuilt, from the dashboard to the smallest confirmation dialog. Light and dark themes, both designed on their own terms.
Your form, at a glance
Fitness, fatigue and form now read in seconds, and today's session sits front and centre. The plan view gives you the whole block week by week without hunting for it.
A sharper read on every session
Daily and weekly coach feedback come in a rebuilt report: planned against completed, zone by zone, with the coach's verdict alongside the numbers.
Built for the phone you ride with
Every screen was drawn for the small screen on its own terms, not shrunk down from the desktop. Session and week reports open full screen, navigation sits within thumb's reach, and iOS, Android and the web now look and behave like the same app.
Nutrition Plans
Weigh your food raw or cooked
Your nutrition plan can now give every gram amount as raw weight instead of cooked. Cooked weight changes a lot with the cooking method and time, so weighing before cooking is more precise.
Set it in nutrition preferences
Pick raw or cooked and your current week is rewritten straight away, with every amount converted. Plans stay on cooked weight until you change it.

Cycling Coach AI for Android
The app is now on Google Play, with the notifications the web version doesn't send.
Your training tells you when
Not a daily reminder: it warns you when fatigue is building up, when your FTP goes up, or when next week's plan is ready.
Outdoor Training
Where to ride your intervals
When your session has intervals, the app now shows you which climbs near you fit that block, on a map.
From real rides, not a generic map
The climbs come from GPS tracks of rides people actually do, with how long each one takes at your FTP and where to start so the effort lasts exactly what the session asks for.
Daily Sessions
More variety in your daily sessions
Your sessions now rotate through a catalogue of workout styles based on what you have already done, instead of repeating the same intervals week after week. Each session shows its style above the description.
Coach Chat
The coach asks before it changes your plan
When you ask the coach to move a session, regenerate a week or add strength work, it now proposes the change in a card with the detail of what it will do, and nothing is applied until you approve it. You can approve everything at once, or discard it.
