02 — Automatic update

Take the test, accept the result, everything updates

When you complete an FTP test or ramp test, the AI calculates your new FTP and asks if you want to accept it. If you accept:

  • Your FTP is updated to the new calculated value.
  • All your zones are recalculated automatically (7 power zones, 5 HR zones).
  • Future workouts (from the plan or quick rides) use the new values.

The app also automatically recommends when to take a new FTP test, based on how long it has been since the last one.

03 — Results analysis

Each test has its specialized analysis

  • FTP Test / Ramp Test — Calculates your new FTP and asks if you want to accept it.
  • Sprint Test — Records your absolute peak power.
  • TTE — Records how many minutes you held and at what % of FTP.
  • RSA — Calculates the fatigue decrement between sprints.
  • Power Profile — Generates your complete power profile (5s to 20min).
  • Critical Power — Calculates your critical power + W′ (anaerobic reserve).
  • Decoupling — Measures your aerobic efficiency (Pw:HR).

Additionally, each test shows the fitness impact: how your CTL and TSB changed after the session.
