  • Your nutrition — Nutrition plan if there is an active one.

If you have not completed your profile, the coach guides you step by step naturally:

1. Connect Strava or Garmin (or skip)

2. Personal data: age, sex, height, weight

3. Experience: distance last year, FTP, VO2Max, maxHR
