Post-training analysis

Feedback that tells you exactly how you did

After every session and every week, the AI compares planned vs actual and gives you a detailed analysis with score, radar, highlights and tips.

01 — How it works

From completion to feedback in 4 steps

The full flow from when you finish your workout:

1
Link your activity — Choose your Strava or Garmin activity. You can link multiple activities if you split the session.
2
Report how you felt — RPE from 1 to 10 and optional notes. The AI compares your perception with objective data.
3
The AI analyzes everything — Compares watts, zones, duration, HR, cadence, decoupling. Generates score, radar and feedback in seconds.
4
Adaptations trigger automatically — If your TSB drops below -10, tomorrow's training is automatically analyzed for adjustment. If new FTP is detected, you're asked to update.
02 — Score & metrics

4 dimensions + key metrics

Each session is evaluated across 4 independent dimensions: Intensity (actual vs planned watts), Duration (effective time), Zones (where you spent time) and Execution (pacing and consistency).

03 — Coach feedback

This is what the AI feedback looks like

04 — What triggers automatically

Every feedback activates an adaptation system

  • Fitness impact — See how your CTL changed and your estimated TSB for tomorrow.
  • Fatigue detection — If your TSB drops below -10, tomorrow's training is automatically analyzed for adjustment. A banner appears on tomorrow's session.
  • FTP/VO2Max detection — If the activity shows a new FTP or VO2Max, you're asked if you want to update your profile. All 7 power zones are recalculated automatically.
  • RPE calibration — The system learns your personal bias: if you always report +2 over planned, future perceived effort predictions adjust accordingly.
05 — Weekly feedback

When the week closes, a complete analysis

When a training week is completed, the AI generates an aggregated feedback evaluating the entire week:

  • Sessions completed vs planned — Plan compliance percentage.
  • Accumulated TSS vs expected — Whether you're loading more or less than planned.
  • Weekly zone distribution — Where you spent your time vs where you should have. Weekly avg IF and decoupling.
  • Look ahead — What to expect next week and how to prepare.
  • Automatic adjustment — If deviations were significant, the AI can propose adjustments for the following week: modify minutes, change session focus, or recalibrate intensity.
06 — What makes it special

Feedback that actually helps

  • Multi-activity — Link multiple Strava or Garmin activities to a single training. Metrics are combined automatically.
  • Data-driven — Compares watts, zones, HR, cadence, TSS, IF and aerobic decoupling. Doesn't say “good job” without reason.
  • Shareable — Export the summary as image or video for social media.
  • Simplified strength — For strength sessions, feedback is simplified: report RPE and notes, no activity linking needed.
  • Adaptation cascade — Feedback closes a loop: if it detects fatigue, it adjusts tomorrow. If it detects new FTP, it updates zones. If the week deviated, it recalibrates the next.
